We have a 14 day return policy. When you receive your items and notice a defect you will have until the 14th day to initiate a refund.
To start a return, contact us at info@niqulyscentedcandles.com with your order number and the defective item.
We will happily accept the defective item and send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
